Glass Blowing Workshop
THE UNIT IN 2015
The ICIQ glass blowing workshop supports the Institute researchers in terms of design, fabrication and repairing of glassware, with the capacity to work with borosilicate glass and quartz.
In 2015, Xavier made something new: big glassware pieces using the lathe.
During 2015, Xavier had in his hands 2595 glassware pieces: 1657 to be repaired and 938 new pieces.
